The Village Stores is located in the picturesque Derbyshire village of Hartington, in the heart of the Peak District. We are close to Dovedale and the Manifold Valley and provide goods and services to the local community and visitors to the area alike. As well as stocking general grocery items we also have a range of fresh meat, a deli counter, we make fresh sandwiches and serve our very own blend of locally roasted coffee to take away.

This is our favourite, local, one-stop-shop for everything. Go on there website, and they will do a preorder delivery of locally sourced products to your cottage. Also great to walk from alstonefiled and follow the north of the river dove through berisforddale and enjoy great coffee, huntsmans pies and sausages rolls.
